6:30-7:45am (Tuesday)

6:30-8am (Wed/Friday)

Saturday (OPEN TO ALL TEAMS)

8-10am @ Tower 24

**Afternoon practices shift ahead 15 to 30 minutes in the Spring when Daylight Savings occurs

Mandatory Ocean Assessments:

Ocean Assessments happen as part of practice hours during the first two weeks of the semester

First day of practice: September 12th, 2023

Last day of practice: June 5th, 2024

All Teams Beach Potluck: August 31, 2023

Parents & Groms Welcome: 5:30-Sunset @ Tower 24

No practices held on national & local holidays
